[Viando] Wagyu Lemon Steak

[Fried food] Fried matsutake mushrooms, green chili peppers, kudzu noodles, rose salt

[Meal] Uranchi rice with mitsuba

[Spices] Radish, Takana, Shibazuke

[Rice bowl] Red soup, small green onion, powdered Japanese pepper, aragonite

[Sweet] Creme brulee

Chef's handmade cake with message

3,500 yen (square 15cm x 13cm, for about 4 people)

●You can also bring in your own cake (1,500 yen fee)
