[Simmered dish] Taro bun with silver bean paste, three-corn bean paste, and pickled plum

[Grilled dish] Wagyu beef and matsutake mushrooms at Hakata Manganji Hajijin

[Replacement Bowl] Toji Shinshu Fried Tofu with Yamaimo (Japanese Yam), Chopped Green Onion, and Momiji Wholesale

[Fried food] Deep-fried horse mackerel, deep-fried shrimp, green chili pepper, rose salt

[Meal] Uranchi rice with mitsuba

[Pickles] Daikon radish, green vegetables, pickled vegetables
