[Sashimi] Fugu iron-drawn, Momiji oroshi, small green onion, fragrant mother vinegar

[Stew] Turnip stew, Shrimp potato stew, Fuukama, Yuzu

[Grilled dish] Wagyu beef lemon steak with Japanese-style garni

[Replacement bowl] Fresh fish Ryukyu Wasabi

[Fried food] Deep-fried puffer fish and monkfish, green chili peppers, kudzu noodles, rose salt

[Meal] Uranchi rice with mitsuba
