[Sashimi] Live squid sashimi

Mahachihira Sashimi, Layered Sea Bream Sashimi, Tuna Horn Sashimi, Shiso (Perilla) and Sakamoto Chrysanthemum

[Simmered dish] Taro bun with silver bean paste, three-corn bean paste, and pickled plum

[Grilled dish] Wagyu beef lemon steak with various seasonal vegetables

[Replacement Bowl] Toji Shinshu Fried Tofu with Yamaimo (Japanese Yam), Chopped Green Onion, and Momiji Wholesale

[Fried food] Squid tempura, Matsutake mushroom tempura, green chili pepper, rose salt

[Meal] Uranchi rice with mitsuba

[Ryuwan] Red soup stock, arare tofu, chopped green onion, powdered Japanese pepper
