[Sashimi] Mahachihira sashimi, layered sea bream sashimi, wasabi, shiso leaves

[Soup] Burdock soup, freshly baked bread

[Main dish] Grilled Itoshima pork and seasonal vegetables with Japonaise sauce

[Fried food] Deep-fried pufferfish and monkfish, green chili peppers, kudzu noodles, rose salt

[Meal] Sazanami rice with mitsuba
