Turnip and yellowtail pinchos with sweet and sour sauce, mushroom and spinach quiche, cream cheese, figs, and prosciutto

Two types of side dishes

[Sashimi] Mahachihira sashimi, layered sea bream sashimi, salmon o-nami sashimi, tuna sashimi, shiso, wasabi

[Soup] Burdock potage, freshly baked bread

[Viando] Wagyu Lemon Steak

[Replacement bowl] Fugu iron-drawn, maple leaf orchard, small green onion

[Fried food] Deep-fried puffer fish and monkfish, green chili peppers, kudzu noodles, rose salt

[Meal] Uranchi rice with mitsuba

[Spices] Radish, Takana, Shibazuke

[Rice bowl] Red soup, small green onion, powdered Japanese pepper, aragonite
